She'd finished all of her work for the morning, even helped Wolfpaw collect herbs. It was still too early for evening patrol, but too late to leave now and maybe make it back on time to go. Instead, Paleflower climbed quickly into the warrior's den, skirting the one or two cats who were napping as well.
She tried to make it to her nest, but realized with a very loud sneeze, that her moss needed to be changed. It was just this side of old and starting to rot and she wasn't going to sleep on that, no way. She'd made do with it last night because she'd had no choice, but now she does, and it's certainly not going to be hard to pick.
Paleflower scrabbled at the moss, trying to find a way to remove it without actually having to pick it up and put in that close to her nose, but it was difficult. She twisted scrapping her tail against the thorns of a bush and accidentally falling over Leopardheart, who was dozing peacefully in her own nest. Paleflower winced, flattening her ears. She hadn't meant to wake anyone up.
