CLAN CONTEST

“WindClan is the greatest Clan,” Tallstar meowed gallantly, lifting his chin, “we are the most honorable, and respected by StarClan.” It seemed for a moment he even spared the sky a glance as if he believed he were communicating with their ancestors.
To this, a smaller, smoke pelted she-cat grunted loud enough for everyone in the clearing to hear, “you stick your head too far down a rabbithole?” laughing at her own joke in her deep, witchy cords, she nodded to her cats, settled below – “ShadowClan is the best Clan,” she mewed confidently, “the other Clans hide from the night, but we welcome it – the stars shine the brightest in the dark, after all.” Tallstar remained composed, undaunted by the ShadowClan leader’s remarks. “Every cat here has survived a sundown,” a gray tabby tom remarked bluntly, “can’t say the same about about a dip in the river…” the RiverClanners below hooted approvingly, their glossy pelts reflecting the moon above with distinct shimmer; “RiverClan above all.” Littlestar rolled her ocher orbs sassily. The Medicine cats huddled down below were looking fairly annoyed by the argument. “If swimming is such an asset, how come we still claim sunningrocks?” Blizzardstar snickered, earning himself a laugh from Littlestar and a glare from Flintstar – to which his reply was, “because we all know ThunderClan is greedy.” The large pale tom pursed his lips, shaking his head humorously, “ThunderClan is the bravest and strongest Clan in the forest; to which our name suggests – we are akin to the clash of thunder!”

“If we are all so passionate about which Clan is superior,” an even tone started from the far side of the stone, coming from SkyClan’s leader, Boulderstar, “we should hold a contest and see for ourselves.” Tallstar agreed, believing in fairness. To this, the other Clans could not say no, what was better than a chance to prove themselves and test the truth of their claims?

so there you have it, we are holding a Clan Contest -- all the Clans must produce the most threads, creativity and plot progression by january 15th, 2014; when that date rolls around the staff will make a poll and discussion thread over the Clans and from there the final conclusion will be decided. the winning Clan and all of its character will receive individual banners with character faces and slogans.

for example, if ShadowClan won the contest, Littlestar's banner would say pretty psychopath and so forth.

as well as in character, for the next three gatherings, the winning clan receives bragging rights.

with this said, get your butts moving!
