☞ high positions rule updating

hey everyone!

i hope you all are enjoying your thanksgiving breaks, or what is to come of them. with our overflow of members, i just wanted to relay a message about our high position openings. we currently have high position auditions, and all are available to take. you cannot have more than two high positions, and only one can be in each clan.

we are very strict when it comes to highsies activities. they kind of run the site and plot, and those who apply for them are required to remain active. if you are a person who has a lot of schoolwork, offsite activities and other dedications, these positions are not for you. i just want to be blunt about that now, before we have people disappearing.

activity does not mean just ooc activity. to be eligible for high position renewal, you must be active in character. what does that mean? 

• progressing clan plots
• post at least two times a week, and on at least two different days.
• limited hiatus or no hiatus' at all

hiatuses for high positions are different than normal characters. a high position needs their hiatus cleared with @tea and tallsie is waiting for white for it to be verified and accepted. if it is a long hiatus (more than 1 week without logging in capabilities), your character might be up for IC termination, in which case they will become a regular warrior. even if the hiatus is not your fault, we cannot pause IC activity to wait for you.

at the end of each month, the staff will evaluate character activity. if we have high positions who are not pulling their weight, we will send them a pm, in which they have 48 hours to respond. if we get no response, they are terminated. if we do get a response, we will discuss with them what we can do to help their activity, or if they need to step down.

note: a terminated character cannot regain their previous status.

if a leader is terminated, the succeeding deputy takes command of the clan. if both the deputy and leader are inactive, we will hold auditions for the clan leader and then they will pick their deputy.

these rules are in place because the in character warrior code prohibits a clan from going without a leader or deputy for more than a day, so we need to get things done as fast as possible.
